The middle-class people are doctors, lawyers. teachers, and merchants. (homes) They live in well-constructed modern homes. (education) Their children attend public schools.
So most of the middle-class central American population went to public school but probably didn't go to university but they had a good education compared to the lower class and they lived in proper houses with running water and electricity they probably lived in the city.
