I think it is decreasing variable costs because there is basically no middle man like a grocery store that will mark up the price a little bit to gain a profit so you would be essentially buying the lemons at cheaper price directly from the farmer rather having to pay the grocery stores mark up for their profit.(I think I’m not 100% sure)
