I agree with the statement of Dr. Dean Ornish and Dr. T. Colin Campbell i.e. "Whole Food Plant-Based" (WFPB) diet is best for achieving optimal health'' because the plant based food has a large amount of nutrients, good fat and fibre which has a good effect on our health while on the other hand, fats gain from animals have cholesterol that has bad effect on our health.

So we can conclude that Whole Food Plant-Based" (WFPB) diet is best for achieving optimal health as compared to other sources.
