As at the time of its creation, it was said to be  characterized by social and technological alterations. The Walter Chrysler's automotive company, known as the Chrysler Corporation were said to be the third-largest car manufacturer that was found in the United States.

As at the time of the end of World War I, European and American architects were said to have viewed its beautiful and simple design as the true representation of the modern era and Art Deco skyscrapers as it stands for progress, innovation, and modernity.

Note that a lot of skyscrapers were said to be built using the Art Deco style found in the city skyline, that was said to have gave it a romantic quality and The Chrysler Building project was said to be shaped as a result of the above.

Neutra Lovell House, L. A.

The Lovell House which is also known as the Lovell Health House is known to have a taste of International style of modernist residence as it was set up and built by Richard Neutra in the time of 1927 to  1929.

The home is said to be found at the address of 4616 Dundee Drive, Los Feliz, Los Angeles, California.

It was built mainly for a man called Philip Lovell. It is known to be the first steel frame house that was found in the United States, as it was made with the use of gunite that was sprayed on the concrete.

It is known as a good example of residential architecture that is where technology forms the environment.
