Bullying is repetitive harassment/harmful behavior towards another person or an assemble of people. It can be aimed at certain groups, example being; ethnicity, gender identity, race, culture, religion, etc. bullying is usually targeted at people deemed to be different.
On other occasions, bullying can sprout from jokes, possibly because the bully can’t find another way to make friends/make people laugh. It can mostly come from the bully’s own insecurities, they typically reflect them onto the victim
