The medication that can be used together with aspirin in heart attack treatment is ACE inhibitors.

What are ACE inhibitors?

ACE inhibitors are angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors which prevents the enzyme in the body called angiotensin converting enzyme from producing angiotensin II, a substance that narrows blood vessels.

Therefore in addition to aspirin which are blood thinners, ACE inhibitors can also be used to treat heart attack.
