Respuesta :

The King feel the need to control the colonies because Britain needed funds to pay for its war debts and thus he sees that they had the right to tax the colonies.

What was the purpose of the Stamp Act?

The king hope to accomplish a lot by the use of the Stamp Act as the act needs the colonists to pay a tax, depicted by a stamp, on various forms of papers, documents, etc., and as such he will be able to have funds to pay for the Britain debt.

The colonist opposed the law especially the American colonists who were said to be very anger by the Stamp Act and quickly acted to work against it.

The role  of John Adams, Samuel Adams, and John Hancock in the Boson Tea Party is that  they protested against the act of taxation without representation and they also wanted to protect their tea smuggling operations.

American colonists were not happy over the tea tax as they see it as a tactic to get more colonial support for the tax already in place.
