Muslim missionaries used the caravans that transported products to other countries to go there and teach Islam principles with success. Islam started to expand to such a degree that European nations -mostly Christians- were afraid that Islam influenced people. The Islamic influence also reached African countries and the religion was accepted in those places. The teachings of the Quoran were spread form that time and nowadays is the dominant religion in the Middle East and many regions of Africa.
