Five levels of human requirements are: physiological, safety, love and belonging, esteem, and self-actualization. There are certain demands for each level that enable a person to feel fulfilled.
Each of which must be met for a person to feel fulfilled. It is frequently used in the work environment to figure out how to better encourage people and to ensure that their demands are addressed.
