What is breathing ?

Breathing is the process of inhalation and exhalation of air through the air tract.

The measures we should take:

1) If the person shows no signs then begin with CPRaroundCPRaround  but without tilting his or her neck or head and open the air way .

2) place heavy towel around the neck in rolling motion so that  they will be not able to move head or neck.  

3) Prevent from choking on blood because it can make still breathing.
