Midpoint formula : (x1+x2)/2 ; (y1+y2)/2
You have x1,y1 and the mid point
Where x1=6
Y1=-8
Midpoint (-1,7)

[(6+x2)/2]=-1
6+x2=-1*2
6+x2=-2
X2=(-2)-6
X2=-8

[(-8+y2)/2]=7
-8+y2=7*2
-8+y2=14
Y2=14+8
Y2=22
