I try to think of things that calms me down. If that doesn't work, I try to think of things that makes me happy. As I once read in a book, you can never get over your anger but you can calm yourself down by forgetting about it.
Step 1: Smack your face to awake yourself
Step 2: splash cold water on your chubby face
Step 3: Bang your head on the wall for 3 mins
Step 4: Lift a car with invisible force
