The length of a rectangle is 9 inches more than twice it's width. If the perimeter of the rectangle is 66 inches, what is its length and width

The width is  8 and the length is 25

(8*2)+2[9+2(8)]

=16+2(9+16)

=16+2*25

=16+50

66
