Read "The Tortoise and the Hare." What do the characters experience in the story? In a paragraph of at least three sentences, choose either the Tortoise or the Hare and write a parallel plot that tells a portion of the story from that character's point of view. A Hare was one day making fun of a Tortoise for being so slow upon his feet. "Wait a bit," said the Tortoise; "I'll run a race with you, and I'll wager that I win." "Oh, well," replied the Hare, who was much amused at the idea, "let's try and see"; and it was soon agreed that the fox should set a course for them, and be the judge. When the time came both started off together, but the Hare was soon so far ahead that he thought he might as well have a rest: so down he lay and fell fast asleep. Meanwhile the Tortoise kept plodding on, and in time reached the goal. At last the Hare woke up with a start, and dashed on at his fastest, but only to find that the Tortoise had already won the race.

Respuesta :

I choose the hare. The hare was a bully who never thought he ever could lose. He picked on people who couldn't really do anything to him. He made a challenge that he thought he could win but underestimated the turtle. I hope this is what you looking for.

I think I can help you out here.

The Hare was too cocky and knew that he had all the chances to win the race with his power, but he underestimated the power of the Tortoise. One day a Hare was making fun of a Tortoise for being slow. The Tortoise asked the Hare to wait, and then he challenged the Hare to a race, the Hare accepted. The next scene is at the "race track," the Hare dashes far ahead of the Tortoise and fall asleep. The Tortoise slow but surely makes his way past the Hare and close to the finish line. The Hare awakens and finds that the Tortoise is far ahead and call on him to wait, the Tortoise passes the finish line and wins.

The plot occurred twice, in a parallel plot, the plot occurs twice or more times.

They normally occur the same way twice or more times and that is why I have included a bit more information the necessary.

I really hope that this helps everyone who is struggling with a question like this :)
