The population of penguins has increased greatly over the past several decades. Part of this can be attributed to the over-hunting of baleen whales. Develop a logical argument for why these two occurrences can be connected.
I agree, the overhunting of the baleen whales means there are more penguins than the whales, therefore, the penguins will continue to breed with no predator to help balance out the population.
