and she wanted to get the best bang for her buck. She first made her cookies. They

still ship if only the cookies were in the box for the five dollar special?

It is given that a total weight of 2 kg is allowed by the postal service

The weight of cookies is given to be 400gm

we know that 1kg =1000gm

400gm= 400/1000 gm =0.4kg

Therefore weight of sweets and candy that Amy can send=

total weight- weight of cookies

=2kg - 0.4kg

=1.6kg

Therefore, weight of sweets and candy is 1.6kg
