Respuesta :

One can agree with the statement made by Mike Rose for the following reason:

  • Education is a combination of social and intellectual factors. Often, social factors play more roles in forming our intelligent nature. When these become absent, an individual will lack the potential to become well-rounded.

What is education?

Education is the act of imparting knowledge to an individual an educated person will be able to find his way around a field conveniently. Social and intellectual factors work together to make a person full educated. For instance, as a child grows, the institutions in their environment will help to shape them to be who they are.

Religious institutions, entertainment centers, and schools are places where they can gain and take knowledge. A person who has a failed education must have failed to be fully transformed by these social institutions. This is why we can say that a failed education is more social than intellectual in origin.
