I'm very confused about this, please explain this to me.

The angles of the given triangle are 136°,24°, and 20°.
Given that a triangle has angles as 4y°,(y-10)°, and 20° and asked to find out the angles of the given triangle
The sum of the angles of the triangle =180°
⇒4y°+(y-10)° + 20°=180° { adding the given angles and equating it to 180° as the sum of the angles in the triangle is 180°}
⇒5y+10=180°.{added all the given angles and equated it to 180°}
⇒5y=170°
⇒y=34°
⇒4y=136°, (y-10)°=24° and 20°
Therefore the angles of the given triangle are 136°,24°, and 20°.
