Depression can be described as a constant feeling of sadness that can be attributed to chemical imbalances in the brain.

Depression cause hallucinations and can result as a result of grief over losses of various degrees.

From the instances, the individuals suffered from either complicated grief or depression which was all attributed to loss but with different degrees and span.
