Respuesta :

Judaism, Christianity, and Islam all originated in the middle east- TRUE

Three of the world's major religions -- the monotheist traditions of Judaism, Christianity, and Islam -- were all born in the Middle East and are all inextricably linked to one another. Christianity was born from within the Jewish tradition, and Islam developed from both Christianity and Judaism. Judaism, which emerged in the eastern Mediterranean in the second millennium B.C.E., is the oldest monotheistic religion still practiced today. Abraham is regarded as the first Jew and is credited with entering into a covenant with God. The Abrahamic religions—Judaism, Christianity, and Islam—are so named because they all regard Abraham as their first prophet.

While there have been differences among these religions, there was a rich cultural interchange between Jews, Christians, and Muslims that took place in Islamic Spain and other places over centuries.
