The three main areas in the value chain were significant differences in the costs of the nature and the makeup of their own internal operations, the activities performed by the suppliers, and the activities performed by the wholesale distribution and retailing allies.

In a wholesale distribution model, a wholesaler buys goods from a manufacturer and then sells them to stores and other corporations. The wholesaler is an essential intermediary in this chain. Vendors typically buy items in bulk from manufacturers and suppliers, break down large portions of goods, save the products in a distribution middle, and finally sell and distribute the products downstream to various corporations, contractors, hospitals, eating places, and retail stores at wholesale expenses.

There are 4 kinds of distribution channels that exist: direct selling, promoting via intermediaries, dual distribution, and reverse logistics channels. Distributors normally buy items in bulk from manufacturers and suppliers, damage down large quantities of products, shop the goods in a distribution middle, and finally promote and distribute the goods downstream to diverse businesses, contractors, hospitals, eating places, and retail stores at wholesale prices.
