Respuesta :

Two central ideas presented in the text are the Benjamin Franklin youth and the importance of dedicating to work.

How to present these ideas in the TIE strategy?

  • T: The text presents how Benjamin Franklin dedicated his youth to hard work.
  • I: From childhood, Franklin realized how work is uplifting and promotes respect, and teaches valuable concepts for a lifetime and so he always wanted to be the best worker possible.
  • E: This is expressed in the text in the sentence "To-day there are more than three hundred newspapers printed in Philadelphia; then there were only two, and Franklin's was the better of those two."

The text underscores how dedicated Franklin was to everything that was under his responsibility that included work. Even if the work was difficult,  and extremely tiring, like what they did in the first print newspapers, he showed dedication and effort.

It made him something admired and respected, even at such a young age.
