The easiest way to graph these equations is to place them in slope intercept form.
2x = 10 - 3y
3y + 2x = 10
3y = -2x + 10
y = -2/3x + 3 and 3/10
Then just place values in for x to determine y
If x = 0, y = -2/3(0) + 3 and 3/10; y = 3 and 3/10
x = 1; y = -2/3(1) + 3 and 3/10; y =  2 and 19/30
Repeat as needed for more points, then plot the points on the graph, and draw a line through the points.

The same can be applied to the second equation.
3x + 2y = 5
2y = -3x + 5
y = -3/2x + 2 and 1/2

x = 0; y = -3/2(0) + 2 and 1/2; y = 2 and 1/2
x = 1; y = -3/2(1) + 2 and 1/2; y = 1
Repeat as needed for more points, then plot points and draw a line through them.
