I believe a leader should be understanding, confident, determined, and kind. These four traits will have his underlings respect him and appreciate him. First, understanding. Understanding is an important trait because the boss needs to understand what its like to be in his employee's shoes. Second, Confident. A boss needs to be confident because he can't be swayed to change his mind, he needs to pick a good decision and stand by it otherwise, he will look weak. Third, determined. A boss needs to be determined because the determination is needed in all skills, in all positions, in all people, without it you mind as well be worthless. Lastly, Kind. A boss needs to be kind in order to keep his employee's happy and respectful.
