HELP PLEASE1 The cases of eggs ordered by a bakery are examples of which component of the business process 1 point activities facilities information resources2 class=

Respuesta :

1. I'm completely sure that the cases of eggs ordered by a bakery are examples of resources. Every bakery needs eggs as it's necessary component of its production. So resource is correct option.

2. There's no picture attached, so I don't get what's the model. But I've found a picture to this question. I'll attach it bellow. And my answer is
 "the key to increasing sales"

3. In my view, the answer should be:
In business process engineering, the teams build an as-is model that documents the current situation and then adjust it to address the problem. Business process engineer should examine the way an organization operates (to show the situation how it is) and then show the way how to improve the situation.

4. A new restaurant choosing its weekly specials is the process that can be fully manual. As there's no need of any automation or assisting technologies.

5. As far as I remember, data is a set of qualitative and quantitative parameters. So there are two options than fits to this definition:
Responsible employee is disciplined. and No sale is made. But I think, I'd go with Responsible employee is disciplined.

6. Company's database collects a huge amount of data about company's production and organization. So I think that the answer is: A company’s database is an example of an information silo.

7. Data flow is the process that can be divided by stages. I'm not sure if it's correct, but I'd go with this option:
the amount of money earned in a week being invested in new book purchase

8. According to its definition, correct answer should look like this:
A business process is defined as a network of activities that generate value by transforming inputs into outputs

9. According to the situation given above I see that there're two information systems: Purchase history and database. And there's only one business process. So the answer is
multiple information systems supporting one business process

10. In my view this is correct sequence: Create as-is model; create components; implement processes; assess results.. If we have as-is in options we should create it at first. That will show the situation how it is.
