PLEASE HELP! - By the time energy from the sun has reached Snappy and the food she eats, how much of that original energy is still available to her?

(Snappy was a seal that got trapped in tangled fishing nets and went to a rehabilitation center and was fed fish, squid, etc.)

This isn't multiple choice but I'm wondering if the 10% rule applies to this question.
