The statement about the Doctors is an invalid statement and the statement about Vampires is a Valid statement.
The above statements can be understood with the help of the square of opposition technique. A square of opposition technique is the one in which assumptions and truth regarding one statement is based on the assumptions and truths of the other statement. There are basically two types of square of opposition techniques used that is the Traditional square of opposition technique and the Modern square of opposition technique.
The first statement regarding the Doctors that some doctors are heart surgeons and some are not heart surgeons is invalid because if A is True that doesn't means that A is False. In the second statement that the vampires consumption of garlic bread is false is valid statement as if A is not True then A is a false statement.
