264= 2(11W+W)
264/2=2/2(12W)
132 = 12W
132/12= 12W/12
W= 11
L= 11 * 11
L =121

Area of a rectangle = W * L
Area of a rectangle = 11 * 121
Area of a rectangle = 1,331 in²
