Police arrest a young man late at night. Weeks go by, and still the young man has not been notified of his alleged crime. Which amendment to the Constitution is not being observed?
i would say Abuse with power because when someone did something and has not been notified of his crime and keeps him in jail. to be it would be abuse of power because the police are basically doing wht they want.
