The behavior and life cycle of finches was examined by them and the results supported Darwin's theory of Evolution. They spent six months each year since 1973 for capturing, tagging, taking samples and releasing the finches from the islands. This island is located in the north of Santa Cruz island in Galapagos archipelago.
