Aimee is decorating her new house. she found a table at pier one for $425. If the table is 25% off, what will it lost?

If the table is 25% off, you can also think of it being sold at 75% of the price. So, you can set up an equation like this:

Price = 425 x 0.75

Evaluate to get:

$318.75

So, the table will cost $318.75.
