Answer : To construct a line segment through R which would have the same angle with line segment QR . With the co-relation of segment QR which is same to segment PQ which means that angle Q and angle R are corresponding angles.

So, to construct the same angle with the segment keep the pointed compass end on R by measuring the same distance at the angle Q. Just draw the curve at R and there you are.
