It is bad because too much of it can kill things other than insects. If a chicken were to eat an aphid that got in the poison, then the chicken could get sick depending on how many aphids the chicken ate. The pesticides could also wash into rivers and streams when there is rainy season. The pesticides could pollute the water and make it very harmful if anyone was to drink it.
