Project Management
Business Case: This is my project description, I would be working on
The selected project is to support a half-and-half vehicle that would run on solar energy as well as electric power for charging. In this business, a used vehicle would be purchased along with solar and battery powered chargers. The battery unit would be mounted in the vehicle which would have a charging attachment so it can be charged very well. The solar-based charger would be mounted on the roof of the vehicle. The task would begin in the main seven-day stretch of August 2022 and be completed in 8 months or less. The battery would be charged with energy based on solar radiation.
Requirements
1- Draft a detailed scope description for this project. This should provide detail on the scope of the project that would justify the six (6) Deliverables to be identified. This should be about a paragraph long.
2- Provide six (6) key deliverables that are required within the project. Then state what the Acceptance Criteria would be to consider these Key Deliverables completed. Acceptance Criteria need to follow SMART criteria. That means that these need to be Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Timely. This exercise only needs to identify six (6) of the potential Deliverables needed in the project.
3- You will use your Deliverables/Acceptance Criteria to complete the WBS Structure with Activity List exercise. Utilizing the identified six (6) Key Deliverables provided above, you will identify three (3) activities that need to be completed to create the overall Key Deliverable.
4- This should be a checklist of items that need to be completed to ensure that the Deliverable is completed and the Acceptance Criteria is met. Do not try to identify three (3) Activities to complete the entire Deliverable just provide three (3) that would be part of a potential full list of Activities to be completed. Activities should be drafted in the past tense to represent the work has been completed and not in the future tense as work needing to be completed.
