Communicate
1. Talk to them and try to convince them not to.
2. If they do not change their minds, ask why they want to do it. Maybe then you can convince them.
Offer Help
1. Say you are going to help them with whatever they are having problems with.
2. If it is a problem with somebody making them feel little, stand up for them.
Follow Through
1. Actually try and help them with whatever they are having a hard time with.
2. When somebody belittles them, stand up for them and fight back for the other person. Also, tell them encouraging words when the bullies words get under their skin.
