the best thing you can do is prioritize that is the key element in any timed event spend 5 minutes or so brain storming then began wrighting like normal include a good eye catching beginning rather that be a question or quote then include 3 middle paragraphs and I the end restate everything that you already said and if you have extra time go back through and change some more common words to bigger words to increase the readers belief in you understanding the topic
