Answer: option C

Explanation: since as we know that if no of protons or no of neutrons are equal to Magic numbers(2,8,20,28,50,82,126) then that nuclei are exceptionally stable.

Here in our case, except Option C , all have magic no of protons and neutrons. Hence Option C is least stable. Since C is not a magic number
