Perimeter is adding all the outside sides together

Look at the top add 5+2 this will give you the length of the whole side
this will let you figure out the bottom missing side
5+2=7
the bottom whole peice will be 7 also so to find the missing peice you will subtract 7-1
the missing piece measure is 6
5,3,7,2,1,3,2,?
Do the same to the right side add 3+2
This will give you the total length of the left and right side (5)
Now subtract 3 from it to find the missing peice
5-3=2
5,3,6,2,1,3,2,2
Now you have all the lengths of the sides
Add them together
5+3+6+2+1+3+2+2
8+6+3+3+4
14+6+4
20+4= 24m
