Please, I really need math help.

What is the equation, in slope-intercept form, of the line that is perpendicular to the line
y – 4 = –3\2(x – 6) and passes through the point (−2, −2)? 

a.) y = –3\2x –3\10

b.) y = –3\2x + 3\10

c.) y = 3\2x – 1

d.) y =3\2 x + 1

Hello:
the equation is : y = ax+b
the slope is a : a×(-3/2) = -1......( perpendicular to a line with a slope of -3/2)
a = 2/3        y=(2/3)x+b
the line that passes through (-2, -2) :- 2 = (2/3)(-2)+b
b = -2/3
 the equation is :  y  = (2/3)x-2/3

y =(2/3)(x-1)
