You have [tex] \frac{3}{8} , \frac{5}{16} , \frac{1}{4} , \frac{3}{16} [/tex] and if you put them over 16 everywhere you get [tex] \frac{6}{16} , \frac{5}{16} , \frac{4}{16} , \frac{3}{16} [/tex] so, the next term would be [tex] \frac{2}{16} = \frac{1}{8} [/tex]
