The Columbia Free Trade Agreement is a comprehensive mutual agreement between the United States and Columbia that they will eliminate tariffs and they will support no barriers in order for them to trade goods in favor for the two countries. hence, the answer to this question is the letter "A" which is "IN FAVOR AS STATED".
