Health-related fitness components are those that keep you strong for everyday life. They are for keeping you healthy too. You usually run at least once everyday, and you need health-related fitness. Muscular Strength, Muscular Endurance, Cardiovascular Endurance, Flexibility, Body Composition are all the 5 components which we use everyday and are most commonly heard. However, performance related fitness is your performance in a specific thing such as a sport. Your reaction, sometimes flexibility, speed, strength, and balance are most used in sports. But without learning health, and maintaining it, (flexibility, strength) you can not do these sports.
