Hi Jasmine, tell them start of with eating lean meat, try cutting back on sugars and pop. I also suggest walking or running 3 miles a day on a treadmill, or outside. You can walk ten minutes and the run five and then repeat for the three miles. Jump roping is also great for your core and works your arm muscles. Swimming is also a fun way to shed a some pounds, just go do the gym and do some laps.
