No, public schools should not require students to wear uniforms. It gives the students even less freedom they get. Besides, some families can't afford to buy expensive, fancy uniforms for their children to get a free education. A lot of people will say it blocks out or even ends bullying; they're wrong. Never in my years of schooling has someone been made fun of for not wearing top notch brands. It's not the 90's.
