I can answer some 1.Yes and No sometimes it depends if on your mentality few people for example few may be bit off than us if they would play it and they would learn and try that cause of curiosity then yes violent games are bad for them but if you knew the trouble you would get then they would not do, it children are "shocking" meaning you don't know what they will do unpredictable i would say if they played violent games but they were also curios then it's unknown if you will grow up violent so it is about your curiosity and mentality etc. Most people Wouldn't grow up violent as we have parents to tell us the consequences.
