Yes, the numbers in prison rise more and more as the years go by that is going to force some horrible things on america.
In my opinion, rising prison populations are or will be a problem in society. Today, a lot of prisons are getting overpopulated, and more prisons will help this yes that's ok, and yes like they did something bad, but they are already in their punishment. it's still not right to me.
