The job in itself is challenging and demands loyalty, gratitude, honesty, and professionalism. Money cannot be the appealing factor but to work for social welfare and to be able to stand for the public good is itself a great accomplishment. I have been very fortunate for having the right to quality education, good skills, and personality. Now, I want to transfer these traits to all those not so lucky ones, who maybe are better than me but they did not get a chance to shine.

I feel the paperwork is a truly very demanding element of this work. You have to make sure at any cost that it is complete and done if one form is missed or filled incorrect, it can cause of huge loss in case of health issues and other identity issues. This work is stressful and hard to manage. If you do not maintain a proper record or you don't take responsibility for your work your license would be canceled.
Answer of Question 2
As protective services have a major responsibility to manage a lot of things, so it requires educated and experienced persons. I have done diploma related social work and have a certificate. To work with protective services you must be graduate at least or should be a license holder. I am a license holder and I have experience of 2 years in social work which is also a requirement of at least 2 to 3-year experience.

I would love to join the department of family and protective services professionally or personally. I love to serve humanity especially if I am appointed in a baby care department after interviewing, it would be a pleasure for me to work. I would take responsibility for allotted work by the department of protective services and I would accomplish it any cost. It is an honor for me to work in the department of family and protective services.
