If a work schedule requires that your work team completes a large order before noon, and you think that the only way to complete the order is to not follow safety guidelines you should speak to your manager. You should always follow all of the safety guidelines and if that makes you late completing an order, it will not cost you the job. It may cost you the job, if you ignore the safety guidelines. Always put safety first and work together as a team to get the order in time.
