President Bush responded to the Hurrican Katrina together with the criticisms of the government by primarily condemning the lack of preparation and mismanagement in the relief efforts in their response to the hurricane and its aftermath. To be specific, they had a delayed response to the flooding that occurred in the New Orleans, Louisiana.
