1 - You would need to fully understand how cloning works as well as the opinion of many others on the subject.
2 - Sites that focus on scientific discoveries or the company websites of the clone machine's developer would have information. Forums, sites with open discussion or comment sections, and other people that can be interviewed in real life would provide outside opinions on the matter.
3 - This depends on what you decide to use in both the above sources and your own personal time.
